Detailed declaration
The contribution is calculated from annual grams and the selected 2026 rate. Belgium has no per-material allowance, so every material contributes in full and the minimum applies to the total.

Separate cost owners
Standard is an indicative €474/year plus €150 initial setup. The client remains the scheme member and packaging contribution debtor; Fost Plus invoices the client directly. VAT, the minimum annual contribution and other third-party costs stay separate.

+Why is there a minimum amount?
Once a company is a member, a minimum annual contribution applies to the total and is higher where obstructive or household-hazardous packaging is placed. A very small declarer pays the minimum rather than a proportional amount.
+Why are there two plastic dates?
The reviewed 2026 plastic rates change at 00:00 on 1 October in Europe/Brussels. The server selects the applicable column and records its effective date in the estimate payload.
+Does the result grant Amazon Starter?
No. Starter is an indicative €399 first-year / €299 renewal reference for a narrow Amazon-only profile. Channel, weight and history need a human review.
+What remains quote-only?
WEEE, batteries and the final environmental-labelling audit scope need manual classification. Selecting them marks the estimate as open rather than inventing an external tariff.
